EstiMate is operated by Tatton Project Management Ltd ("EstiMate", "we", "us"). You can contact us at info@tattonprojects.co.uk.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company details (address, phone, logo) that you choose to add. When you use EstiMate to build quotes, we store the job, customer, material, labour, and photo data you enter, along with any quotes or contracts you generate and share with your clients.
We use your data to operate the service: generating quotes and contracts, storing your materials catalog, processing payments via Stripe, and — if you use the AI Visualizer — sending your site photos to OpenAI to generate renovation visualizations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
When you share a quote or contract link with your client, they can view it and respond (accept, decline, request changes, or sign) without creating an account. We store their response and any message they submit so it can be shown back to you.
Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI Visualizer image generation), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
We retain your account and job data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@tattonprojects.co.uk.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at info@tattonprojects.co.uk for any privacy request.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
